Free Discovery Call
A relaxed, no-pressure phone conversation to introduce ourselves, discuss your family's general needs, and determine whether Nimble Nanny is the right fit. No commitment required.

Step 02
$49 Phone Consultation
A structured, in-depth phone consultation where we go deeper into your family's specific needs. Before this call, you'll complete a detailed questionnaire — mostly standard questions, with some tailored specifically to your family based on what we learned in the discovery call.

Step 03
In-Person Meet & Greet
An in-home visit designed to let us observe your household, meet your children, and build a plan of action — without needing a long list of directions from you. The questionnaire you completed beforehand does the heavy lifting, so this visit is about connection and observation, not instruction.

Agreement & Prepayment
Once the meet and greet is complete, we prepare your personalized care agreement. Your booking is confirmed when the agreement is signed and prepayment is received via Square. Care begins on your scheduled date.
